Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payments A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve your time. The remaining balance is due prior to starting the session. Payment plans may be available upon request. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed one time with at least 5 days’ notice and is subject to availability. If Magnolia Duo must cancel due to an emergency or weather, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. 3. Photography Turnaround & Delivery Full digital galleries are delivered within 1-3 days. Clients will receive a personalized online gallery for easy viewing, download, and optional print purchases.
